Pre Sale Questions
Yes, as long as we haven’t started printing your products. If printing has started you can still add to your order before it is finalized and shipped. For any amendments, send us an email.
We cannot promise the delivery date. But we USUALLY print our products in 2-7 business days. Most products are shipped within 5 business days, but in some cases, we manage to do that even faster. You can add the estimated shipping time on top of these fulfillment times to get an idea of how fast you’ll receive your order.
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement.
