Shipping rates & estimates
We print and ship our products in 2-7 days. Most products are shipped within 5 days, but in some cases we manage to do that even faster - around half of our products are actually sent out within 3 days.
You can add the estimated shipping time on top of these fulfillment times to get an idea of how fast you’ll receive your order.
Some countries charge a customs fee when you order from the USA. The fee can depend on a number of factors like the value of the order, weight, and country-specific shipping restrictions. You’ll have to cover this fee to receive your order.
If your order contains products of different categories, they might be delivered in separate packages. This is because each product has different shipping needs. For example, if you order a poster and a t-shirt, they’ll come separately. Posters travel better in a tube, while the tee would need a different package. So don’t worry if you don’t get all the products you ordered at once - the others will arrive later. Remember that FedEx doesn’t ship to PO boxes.
If it should happen so that our suppliers can’t provide the product you’ve ordered, shipping may be delayed. We’ll print and ship the product once it’s available again, but if you don’t want to wait extra, you can also request a refund.
Tracking your order
Not every shipment can be tracked. This depends on the shipping method that you choose at the checkout. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive the tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.
Changing or cancelling your order
Each product on BelDisegno is made individually, on-demand. Once you’ve completed your order, we place it in line to be printed and shipped. You can make changes or cancel your order only if we haven’t printed the product yet. If you want to change your order, write to email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can manage to make those changes in time.
Returns and exchanges
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. Each product is made on-demand, with love. Our products are not mass-produced; we fulfill the orders by hand. That said, if you’re not happy with the product you’ve received (misprinted/damaged/defective products, as well as packages lost in transit.), we’ll gladly take it back or replace it with something else. Just make sure to let us know about the problem within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
